Grey welsh section B 12yrs gelding. Child‘s first ridden pony/confidence giver who has been a pleasure to own.
He has done all local shows and jumping rallies/lessons.
My daughter is now confidently jumping small courses on her own and happily hacking out off the lead beside me, going infront or behind. He doesn‘t get fizzy or strong as he is the type that needs to be kicked along rather than be pulled to stop. He loves his rider and looks after them!
He has competed in first riddens/mountain & moorland and small jumping shows which he is placed everytime. With his previous owner he competed regulary in the pony club attending rallies, dressage, XC and camp and also attended many shows. He loves children and enjoys all the fuss they give.
He lives on a busy yard with lots going on and is used to dogs, quad bikes and the madness of a busy yard.
He will travel in a trailer or lorry happily and can be loaded by our child and will stand for hours with no fuss at shows.
I am quite happy for my young daughter to collect him in/turn him out and she also changes his rugs, he is fabulous in the stable and will tolerate hours of fussing and pulling around from small children!!!
He is 100% with all the other usual things like shoeing, traffic etc!
This has been an extremely hard decision to make to sell him as he is much loved, but I feel my daughter is now ready to move on to the next pony/2nd pony type.
He would suit a nervous novice young child who‘s parents want their child to gain confidence and have fun and who is now ready to come off the lead rein.
Again thou, he would be 100% safe to be a lead-rein pony but is very capable of taking a child off the lead.
He is fine to lead from another horse. He is fully vaccinated, wormed, teeth and back checks up to date. He has front shoes on but would be fine bare footed.
He is stabled at the moment but would be fine living out. Must go to a loving 5* home were he will be appreciated.
Comes with all his tack (nearly new condition leather GFS saddle) and rugs/full wardrobe and we would love to stay in touch.
I am happy to email a tonne of photos of him and answer any questions you may have.
